Rural Transport , Water Supply and Sanitation , Rural Energy and Rural Telecommunication and Information are the physical structures and networks that define or social and economic activities.

Unfortunately in Africa, issues of ownership, finance and decision making have led to a poor physical nature and characterization of these support systems. The Foundation has an objective to undertake studies and be involved in the process of best practices that can make a change for an accelerated development.
