Refugees in East and West Africa -The causes of social disruptions are examined under a study of world and African migrations. The Foundation examines future challenges and its implications on the International Community. We provide training and human capacity building programs for an effective policy in these areas.
In the politically stable Accra , the city has become a safe haven for refugees of war-torn neighboring countries such as Liberia and Sierra Leone . The urban problems of Accra have been compounded by this influx of refugees, many of whom patrol the streets with no jobs, often engaging in prostitution and crime to make ends meet.
Orphans in Rwanda -The children left unprotected to face a world of violence, crime and without adequate education and malnutrition in Rwanda is major problem. There are over 500,000 orphans in Rwanda who are being cared for by women leaders, women groups and many religious organizations. The Foundation provides support in terms of studies and development programs to provide leadership for the women and uplift the young ones.
